Theme: home

When I started this work in oral language on the vocabulary related to the house, I did not expect such a richness of the theme in the different fields: vocabulary, logic, drawing, plastic arts, physical education, environment (the dangers of the House), ....

EPS: collective game "rabbits in their burrow"

  • Session 1: understanding the rules of the game - notion of interior

Each child stands in a hoop (house) and comes out at the signal to walk around.

Then when the wolf (the teacher) arrives, everyone takes refuge in a house.

  • Session 2: differentiate open space / closed space

Build each his own house to be able to play.

Each child receives a rope. Check that his house is properly closed so that the wolf does not enter.

  • Session 3: cooperate to build a house for 2

Each child receives 2 sticks and must cooperate with a friend in order to build a well-closed house.

Another game: The fox and the hens
